Perfect first class for absolute beginners. Students learn essential quilting vocabulary, how to identify fabric grain and right/wrong sides, the importance of the ¼″ seam allowance, and basic sewing-machine setup for piecing.

Hands-on practice includes sewing and pressing practice seams and assembling a small four-patch block. Ends with a guided shop tour of tools and fabrics so students know exactly what to buy next.
